许特尔回归法兰克福签约三年

5月31日，业内权威媒体如德国天空体育、《图片报》等纷纷报道，奥地利教练阿迪·许特尔将回归法兰克福执教，双方已经签订了为期三年的合约，合约期限至2029年。签约仪式将于6月1日举行。他将接替赛季末离职的阿尔伯特·里埃拉，标志着他第二次执教法兰克福的开始。法兰克福高层认为，这是结束赛季动荡、重振球队稳定的关键举措。

许特尔与法兰克福的缘分始于2018年，当时他从瑞士超伯尔尼青年人队离职后接手法兰克福教鞭，开启了一段辉煌的执教生涯。在2018-2021赛季，他构建了一个极具攻击性的足球体系，带领球队在2019年欧联杯中一路过关斩将，闯入半决赛，创造了俱乐部近年来的最佳欧战成绩。在2020-21赛季，他带领球队获得了德甲第五名，队史首次获得欧冠资格，并荣获2020-21赛季德甲最佳教练，成为法兰克福球迷心中的英雄。2021年夏天，门兴格拉德巴赫以750万欧元的解约金将其挖走，创下了德甲教练转会费纪录，许特尔因此离开了法兰克福。此后，他先后执教门兴和摩纳哥，2025年10月从摩纳哥离职后赋闲在家，但始终与法兰克福保持着深厚的情感联系。

5月25日，法兰克福正式与许特尔接触，此时他已成为俱乐部唯一心仪的人选，其他备选如雅伊斯勒、图尔贝里等均为候补人选。在谈判中，许特尔表达了对法兰克福的深厚感情，明确表示愿意回归重建。而高层也对其执教能力和更衣室威望给予了充分的认可，认为他能够迅速解决球队的动荡。双方仅用了5天时间就敲定了所有条款，合同期限为三年，至2029年，无附加续约选项。
