穆帅“10天条款”到期 皇马需支付更高的解约金

业界资讯5月27日报道，《马卡报》最新消息透露，穆里尼奥合同中的一项特殊“10天低价解约条件”已于当地时间5月26日正式终止。这表明，任何希望邀请这位葡萄牙名教练执教的俱乐部——包括皇马——现在都不得不再以较高的价格将其引进，而必须直接与本菲卡进行正式商谈，转会费用也将大幅增加。

报道指出，穆里尼奥在2025年加入本菲卡时，双方签订了一份非常特殊的合同条款：在2025/26赛季最后一轮比赛结束后10天内，任何一方都有权选择结束合作，只需支付300万欧元解约费。加上税费和附加费用，总成本约为700万欧元。

这一条款的产生与当时本菲卡主席选举紧密相关。当时俱乐部主席鲁伊·科斯塔尚未完成连任，因此合同中特别加入了这一“低成本退出机制”，以便一旦主席换届，新管理层可以低成本更换主教练。尽管鲁伊·科斯塔最终以绝对优势成功连任，但该条款依然被保留。

本菲卡本赛季最后一场比赛于5月16日结束，因此从5月17日至5月26日之间，任何俱乐部理论上都可以用约700万欧元的总成本签下穆里尼奥。然而随着这一窗口正式关闭，穆里尼奥与本菲卡的合同已经恢复至常规状态，有效期将持续至2027年夏天。

这对皇马来说无疑增加了巨大的操作难度。此前，多家欧洲媒体已经确认，穆里尼奥是皇马新帅的热门人选之一。但由于皇马目前正处于主席选举阶段，俱乐部在法律和程序层面无法迅速完成正式签约和宣布，这也可能导致他们错过了这次“低价窗口”。

现在，如果皇马仍希望邀请穆里尼奥回归伯纳乌，就必须与本菲卡进行面对面谈判。熟悉葡萄牙豪门谈判风格的人都知道，本菲卡在球员和教练交易中一直态度强硬。《马卡报》甚至预测，未来的赔偿金额很可能超过2000万欧元。

与此同时，本菲卡也希望尽快明确主帅的未来。球队将于7月23日参加欧联杯资格赛，夏季备战工作必须尽早展开。如果穆里尼奥的去留问题继续悬而未决，球队整个夏训计划都将受到影响。
