拉莫斯收购塞维利亚进展顺利 双方谈判逐渐升温

塞维利亚作为一支传统的西甲球队，赢得了两次欧罗巴联赛冠军，2022-23赛季也进入冠军联赛前16名，但过去两个赛季，核心球员流失，管理动荡，记录低迷，2025-26赛季西甲只有33分，排名第17，只领先降级区2分，降级形势危险。财务水平更糟，俱乐部总债务超过3亿欧元，工资结构不平衡，收入能力下降，难以支持一线队运营和签约投资，大股东无法继续注资，最终决定出售俱乐部大部分股权，寻求外部资本接管。

之前拉莫斯和美国资本背景的Five Eleven 阿根廷商人马丁·因克担任基金首席执行官，拉莫斯担任核心代表和情感纽带，负责与俱乐部和球迷联系。1月18日，双方正式签署了独家谈判期意向书，同意进入为期两个月的独家谈判阶段，塞维利亚不得与其他潜在买家联系。意向书签署后，Five Eleven Capital立即启动全面尽职调查，成立专业团队，全面审计塞维利亚的财务账目、债务结构、资产价值、合同纠纷、青年培训体系和商业权益，持续两个多月，并于4月初完成了所有审查。结果表明，尽管俱乐部的财务状况面临压力，但它具有重组价值，没有重大隐患，为后续谈判扫清了障碍。

尽职调查结束后，交易进入核心条款谈判阶段，双方就股权收购比例、交易金额、债务承担、管理安排和未来发展计划进行了密集谈判。据披露，Five Eleven Capital计划收购塞维利亚约65%-70%的股权，实现绝对控股，交易总额约4亿欧元，包括俱乐部的全部债务。收购资金由IDC组成 Ventures和其他投资基金提供认可，以确保足够的资本实力。在谈判过程中，双方就债务偿还计划、新管理组成和拉莫斯的角色定位存在差异，但随着沟通的深入，差异逐渐缩小，拉莫斯明确表示，收购后不会直接担任教练，而是作为俱乐部所有者和形象大使参与决策，专注于青年重建和商业发展，帮助团队回到顶峰。

近日，拉莫斯在塞维利亚4月节期间公开出现在皇家马埃斯特兰萨斗牛场。他在一次采访中首次公开表示，确认收购进展顺利，称“未来几周或几个月会有新消息，希望是大家期待的结果”。这一声明被视为半官方背书，极大地提振了球迷和市场信心。
