弗格森爵士祝贺兰帕德，年轻教练带领考文垂成功升级

5月27日，业内传来消息，英格兰联赛教练协会（LMA）在伦敦举办了年度颁奖典礼。在这场盛会上，考文垂队的教练兰帕德荣获LMA全联赛年度最佳主教练称号，并获得了以弗格森爵士命名的奖杯。遗憾的是，弗格森爵士因健康原因未能到场，颁奖仪式由英格兰国家队主教练图赫尔代为进行，并现场宣读了弗格森爵士亲笔签名的贺信。

在贺信中，弗格森爵士写道：“弗兰克，恭喜你荣获联赛教练协会年度最佳教练奖项。你应该为个人和球队所取得的成就感到自豪。作为主教练和领袖，你在本赛季球队所展现出的自信和信念的足球风格中，你的个性得到了充分体现。我非常享受观看你们的比赛。通过与你的交流，我深知你拥有伟大的谦逊品质和对学习的强烈好奇心。我相信这个奖项对你来说意义重大，弗兰克，我祝愿你在下赛季的英超联赛中一切顺利。”

兰帕德的获奖当之无愧。2024年11月，他接手考文垂队时，球队排名英冠第17位，处于降级区。但在2025-26赛季，他带领球队取得了统治级的表现，以95分的高分位居英冠榜首，领先第二名11分，提前三轮夺冠，时隔25年重返英超。他击败了阿尔特塔、瓜迪奥拉、埃梅里等知名教练，赢得了这项涵盖英格兰四级联赛、含金量极高的荣誉。

目前，兰帕德已经结束了本赛季的所有赛事，正带领考文垂队备战2026-27赛季的英超联赛。对于兰帕德来说，弗格森爵士的祝贺和LMA年度最佳教练奖是他执教生涯的重要里程碑；对于考文垂队来说，这位传奇少帅的带领让球队时隔25年重返顶级联赛，未来充满期待。
