业内5月18日讯 阿根廷国脚、迈阿密国际中场德保罗在《Lo del Pollo》节目中披露，38岁的梅西已启动世界杯专项备战，过去两三个月坚持“一日两练”的高强度特训，为职业生涯第六届、也是最后一届世界杯蓄力，目标直指卫冕与超越马拉多纳。

作为卫冕冠军核心，梅西去年9月曾暗示这可能是最后一届世界杯，随后积极调整状态，从2026年2月底开始，在迈阿密国际常规训练之外，每天加练2-3小时，由专属体能教练带队，聚焦耐力、爆发力与高强度对抗，同时针对右膝旧伤做专项康复，平衡强度与伤病风险。德保罗作为队友兼特训伙伴，全程参与并透露，两人“每天都在拼命压榨潜能”，特训内容涵盖体能、技术与战术模拟，完全针对世界杯高强度赛程设计。

梅西的竞技状态已随特训显著回升。2026年5月以来，他在美职联4场比赛贡献5球5助攻，独造10球，其中对阵辛辛那提一战2球1助攻主导5-3逆转，赛季12场11球4助攻，领跑联盟进攻数据，身体机能与比赛感觉同步达峰。这种“以赛代练+专项特训”的模式，让他在世界杯前维持赛季中期巅峰状态，避免欧洲球员休赛期状态下滑的问题。

多方反应聚焦梅西的世界杯前景与历史定位。阿根廷主帅斯卡洛尼明确表态“10号球衣永远为他留着”，5月11日提交的55人初选大名单中，梅西领衔，恩佐、劳塔罗、阿尔瓦雷斯等核心悉数在列，26人最终名单将于5月30日前确定。
