努诺可能离西汉姆联 铁锤帮再次降入英冠

5月26日行业消息，据英国《泰晤士报》报道，西汉姆联的主教练努诺很可能被球队解雇。由于在本赛季未能帮助球队保级，西汉姆联在降入英格兰冠军联赛后，已经计划对努诺进行解雇。尽管尚未官方宣布，但努诺离开球队的可能性非常高。

努诺于2025年9月接替波特成为西汉姆联的主教练。据悉，双方合同中包含降级条款，若球队降级，俱乐部可无需支付补偿金直接终止合同，努诺本人也可选择离开。本赛季西汉姆联表现不佳，最终排名联赛第18名降级。尽管球队在最后一轮主场3-0击败利兹联，但由于热刺战胜埃弗顿，西汉姆联仍然无缘保级区，时隔多年再次降入英格兰冠军联赛。努诺上任后带领球队大部分联赛，但球队胜率不足30%，可以说努诺上任后未能有效提升球队战斗力，尤其在保级关键战中多次失分，需要承担一部分责任。西汉姆联方面已在球队确定降级后迅速召见努诺进行面谈，讨论重点围绕未来走向。俱乐部内部已启动重建计划，部分管理层人士认为球队需要彻底“重置”，努诺继续留任的可能性越来越小。

随着努诺可能离任，西汉姆联已开始寻找新任主教练。斯科特·帕克被认为是西汉姆联新帅的头号候选，他曾成功带领富勒姆从英格兰冠军联赛升级，同时有西汉姆联青训背景，熟悉俱乐部文化，因此西汉姆联力争尽快回归英超可能选择任命这名主教练带领球队征战新赛季的比赛。尽管目前俱乐部主席大卫·沙利文与技术总监马克·诺布尔等人在新帅人选上存在一定分歧，但双方整体倾向于尽快完成换帅以备战下赛季英格兰冠军联赛，球队也将继续推动引进新帅的进程。
